Really good family stay!
attentive staffdazzling mocktailshelpful service
I stayed in a beautiful double room. The reception staff was attentive. Alex, the bartender, created dazzling mocktails for the kids, which they LOVED. Shravia from reception even helped carry our bags to the car.

The room was nicely presented the bed was so comfortable.
The changing rooms in the swimming area were not good The showers were dirty with black fluff all over the floors. Products smelled cheap like washing detergent the containers were broken and messy. Cleaning staff were chatting and unprofessional.

Wonderful stay with minor hiccups

the hotel has a country house feel, with a location next to a great park. the thick bedroom mattresses were very comfy. i enjoyed the swimming pool, and my kids liked the warmed loungers in the shallow section. i am planning another trip for the summer (i look forward to it).
i found that some of the staff seemed new. their english was not great, but they were all friendly.

The spa includes both indoor and outdoor pools that offer spaces to unwind and relax. there is also a gym with modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. A valet service provides convenience.
